Refund and Returns Policy
First, we want to let you know that this policy is as important for you as it is for us. A strong cancellation policy keeps you accountable and ensures that you keep the commitment to yourself. It is this type of consistency that ensures great results for our clients. We are the ones to make sure you do the things that sometimes you don’t really want to do but know you need to do!
Second, below also serves you as a general guideline to your rights and obligations:

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Coaching Sessions

We suggest that you aim to cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance via mail to coaching@elevatingorigins.com, so a new session may be scheduled. Sessions cannot be made up or moved to future months if one is missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

For Coaching Programs

We suggest that you aim to cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance via mail to coaching@elevatingorigins.com, so a new session may be scheduled. Sessions cannot be made up or moved to future months if one is missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Our RISE Program, however, gives you the flexibility to cancel up to 2 hours before the session starts.

For Online Workshops

Unless the workshop is cancelled by us no refund is possible. By giving notice 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop you gain the right to use your money for another workshop offered by us in the following 6 months.

For Workshops and Nature Walks

Cancelling up to 1 week prior to the workshop date: 100% session fee charged.

In case of cancellation between 1 and 2 weeks prior to the workshop date: 50% session fee charged.

No fee is charged when canceling over 2 weeks or longer prior to the workshop date.

TERMINATION AND REFUND POLICY (Guarantees and returns)

This refund policy complies with the EU Guarantees and Returns Directive. We understand that your personal circumstances may change unexpectedly. This policy sets out the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees involved.

You may receive a full refund 14 days from date of purchase of any of our products or services. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day. All refunds are subject to a €50.00 processing fee.

Either the Client or the Coach may terminate the agreement. In the event of such termination, ELEVATING ORIGINS shall be paid for any portion of the Services that have been performed prior to the termination.

Refunds requested in writing prior to the beginning of the coaching program will be given in full, less a €50.00 processing fee.

Should any content (defined as, but not limited to: single coaching sessions, nature walks, videos, tutorials, webinar or workshops) be delivered/dispatched/accessed by you or to you within this 14 day cool off period, you will not be entitled to a refund.

All unused sessions expire 12 months (RISE program) / 9 months (EVOLVE program) /6 months (Single Session) after initial payment. Unused coaching sessions may be transferable provided the new Client is ready and willing to actively participate in the coaching program.

ELEVATING ORIGINS does not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered.
